-Affordable | Modern | Boho-

Happy New Year! What a year, but for us, it was the best yet! We welcomed our sweet baby boy and finished building our forever house. I've spent the last year and half making decisions down to the color of grout and desiging the spaces in my head. I am *finally* so excited to share the first reveal with you, the upstairs kids bathroom. After being on Pinterest for many hours looking at inspo pics I decided I wanted a neutral, modern, boho vibe. I am a sucker for a good deal so after lots of searching, I found some really great affordable options that still maintained good quality- I have a link for pretty much everything that I will put below!

Vanity: Brand: Wolf | Style: Dartmouth | Color: Pewter | Hardware: Brushed Nickel
Countertops: White Carrara marble
Tile: Retailer: Dale Tile | Style: Elect Field Tile Floor 12x24 White | EL301224Z1PV | Grout: Smoke
Paint: Benjamin Moore Stonington Gray

Mirrors: $70 each | Light Fixtures $80 each | Hand Towel Holder $13 | Black Hand Towel $5
These mirrors were such a good find. The quality is amazing and they are super heavy duty, they feel like $300 mirrors. I found quite a few pretty much identical ones that were double and triple the price. I wanted to find a light that would tie in the brushed nickel hardware and the black mirrors. These lights fit in the budget and pulled everything together, I love the mixed metal look! (they came with Edison bulbs but I put in LED white bulbs).

With the walls and vanity being gray and having the black mirrors I wanted to bring a touch of white in to make sure the space didn't feel too dark. I found this black and white shower curtain and had to have it! It added the white I was looking for put all tied back to the black mirrors. It has a modern/boho vibe to it and I love it!

At our last place our paper towel holder was always falling off the walls so I spent way to much time looking at affordable, but good quality paper towel holders, lol. This one feels super expensive and matches the brushed nickel hardware and hand towel holder. Since I was going for a modern vibe I got creative and used a cheap black wire basket to store extra TP (whatever extra I have #pandemiclife).
